Overview

The first iteration of the any2any outlook add-in enables users to generate visits via the any2any platform directly from outlook in an easy and convenient way, enabling you to use existing tools like the outlook room- or time-finder features to generate your invites.

Current features of the add-in include:

• multi-platform: works in any current outlook client, and even on outlook on the web
• being able to use a corporate / SSO login (example OneLogin)
• utilizing outlook data to generate invites
• searching and adding any recent visitors

The add-in can be found on the main outlook ribbon menu when scheduling a meeting (Outlook client), or within the 3 dot menu when scheduling a meeting (OWA).
